Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of facilities within our master communities, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The role involves coordinating various aspects of property and facility management, including infrastructure, retail spaces, leisure facilities, and community amenities.
Responsibilities: Facility Maintenance:
Supervise and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of the master communities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the upkeep of villas, townhouses, apartments, retail spaces, and leisure facilities.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
Community Services:
Oversee the provision of essential community services, including landscaping, waste management, and security.
Coordinate with service providers to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and aesthetics.
Infrastructure Management:
Manage the maintenance and repair of infrastructure within the gated communities.
Ensure that roads, pathways, and common areas are well-maintained and safe.
Amenities and Retail Facilities:
Work closely with retail tenants to address their needs and maintain a positive tenant-landlord relationship.
Coordinate events and promotions to enhance the community experience.
Security and Safety:
Implement and monitor security measures to ensure the safety of residents and visitors.
Collaborate with security personnel to address any security concerns promptly.
Community Engagement:
Foster a sense of community by organizing events and initiatives.
Act as a liaison between the management and residents, addressing their concerns and promoting a positive living environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in facilities management, within gated communities.
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to property management.
