Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive – Mechanical Plant Maintenance for a pharmaceutical API manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining mechanical systems and process equipment, ensuring equipment reliability, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process equipment (pumps, reactors, centrifuges, dryers, heat exchangers) and mechanical systems (boilers, HVAC).
•Troubleshoot equipment failures and minimize production downtime.
•Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and safety standards.
•Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.
•Lead a team of technicians and handle maintenance budgets.
Qualifications:
•Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•4-6 years of experience in pharma/API mechanical and process equipment maintenance.
•Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance.
•Good troubleshooting and team management skills.
