Position: Lead Engineer – Bolting & Tensioning Services
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within Bolting & Tensioning Services.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
The Lead Engineer will be reporting to directly our Operations manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Bolting & Tensioning Services team, ensuring projects are executed with precision and efficiency.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the overall performance of bolting and tensioning operations.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team,
• Oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring all tools and machinery are in optimal condition for project execution.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
