Senior Integrity Engineer (Offshore)
Salary: AED 13,000 – AED 15,000
Location: Abu Dhabi
Rotation: 28/28
Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with more than 8 years of Oil & Gas experience as an Integrity Engineer.
Must have API 510 (Pressure vessel inspector) or API 570 (Piping Inspector)
CSWIP (Welding Inspector)/ ASNT NDT Level-II
Shall lead and manage the effective implementation of maintenance & integrity management mechanisms in all our facilities in accord with the maintenance strategy/HSE standards in order to ensure reliability, integrity, uninterrupted operations and sustenance of high productivity standards.
Develop and seek approval for the annual/monthly integrity, maintenance & site inspections plan ensuring alignment to the annual maintenance plan and control the implementation of schedule as per set timelines, HSE & quality standards.
Design develop and continuously improve corrosion management system such as cathodic protection, coatings, chemical inhibition and monitoring activities such as corrosion probes, fluid sample analysis and equipment/pipelines inspection in order to create a corrosion free environment and maintain facilities as per specified industrial standards.
Analyse the output of corrosion monitoring system and advise chemical injection treatment program in order to keep corrosion rates within acceptable limits.
