Job Opening: Plant Head (DGM/GM/AVP Operations) – Leading Manufacturing Company
We are seeking an experienced Plant Head for a manufacturing company with a business size of ₹300 Crore and a workforce of over 750 employees. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive seat manufacturing, including PU foaming, welding, and seat assembly, with exposure to clients like MSIL/SMG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall plant operations, including P&L management.
- Develop and execute manufacturing plans, ensuring timely customer deliveries.
- Maintain a zero-defect culture and achieve 1000/1000 customer ratings.
- Oversee production planning and control (PPC), plant engineering, and facility/equipment management.
- Optimize stores management and inventory control.
- Enhance employee engagement and motivation through HR & performance initiatives.
- Manage employee and industrial relations, fostering a positive work environment.
- Drive new product development and innovation.
Key Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices.
- Strong understanding of financial management, factory operations, and labor laws.
- Demonstrated people management skills.
- Job stability is crucial for this role.
- Experience in automotive or related industries is essential.
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech with 20-26 years of relevant experience.
