Process Control Engineer
To initiate/ conduct special studies for improving refinery and petrochemical operations, and provide specialized technical supports / consulting service in engineering fields of process automation, in accordance with procedures and in compliance with quality standards, to optimize operations.
10 years Experienced (depending on the grade code ) in Process control and automation, preferably in oil & petrochemical industry.
Qualification:- BS or Engineering degree in Process Engineering or Electronics Engineering (Electrical Engineering with major in Electronics) or related field (such as system enginnering or computer engineering (software design)from reputable universities. Process Knowledge is a must.
Specific knowledge & business understanding
1. Thorough knowledge of process control and automation, engineering practices, calculation methods, and design details related to PCS (DCS, SIS, PLC and other control system) systems.
2. Working knowledge of economic principles, engineering codes, standards, and specifications.
3. Lead engineers in performing special high level assignments requiring extensive demonstrated technical knowledge.
4. Process knowledge in related oil / petrochemical plants.”
Certifications, such as Certified Automation Engineer is desirable
