(BFSI, Pharma, Real Estate, FMCG, EPC, Manufacturing, etc.)

Role overview:
1. Responsible for Inhouse/Internal Recruitment for the organization
2. Sourcing candidates from various portals i.e. Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Social media platforms, etc.
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
4. Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment strategies.
5. Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation of personnel information.
6. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
7. Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
8. Handle ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned.
