Jobs in Infrastructure sector for Nariman Point Office Building project Mumbai :
1. Project coordinator – Architect or Construction Management Professionals (Male/female) with 0-8 years coordination experience in building project.
2. Finishing Engineer/ Supervisor: Having 8-10 years experience in high end office finishing including wood work, tiling, marble, false ceiling etc
3. Asst Manager MEP: Electrical Engineer having 10-12 years good experience in handling HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarms, DG, Sub Station and other services. Experience in working on Government projects is additional advantage. Person should know costing of works in addition to the execution.
4. MEP Engineer: Execution of MEP services including HVAC work.
5. Billing Engineer: Civil Engineer having approx 8 years of experience preferably in government project.
6. Quality Control Manager: Civil Engineer with 10 years’ experience in Quality Control of Building project including finishing and MEP. Government work experience is must for this position.
