Sales Engineer – Valves Industry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and profit margins through the closure of sales deals with existing /prospective End Users, EPCs & OEMs
  • Identify sales leads, identify new clients, bid for different Principal products. Preparation & Follow-up of Technical /Commercial bids to clients
  • Designing and implementing a marketing strategy and sales plan, arranging seminars along with Principals. Formulate a strategy to grow service revenue from an installed base
  • Visits to client installation sites to understand the technical requirements and support them in executing the offered solution. Preparing, submitting, and obtaining clients’ approvals on technical documentation as part of customer orders/projects
  • Supervise payment follow-ups by the Accounts Receivables Executive and ensure DSO as per the assigned target. Effective Inventory Management to have a balance between customer requirements and financial costs associated with inventory
  • Preparing sales report and sales forecast for the principal’s products and contributing to growth

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Valve Industry. Strong knowledge in Application, Sizing & Selection of Valves. Should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing sales above market growth rate in the UAE and established relationships with clients in various industry segments in UAE such as Oil & Gas, EPCs, Manufacturing & other Non-Oil & Gas sectors. Experience with ADNOC is preferred.
