Hiring for Job in Qatar for one of our prestigious client – Job in Oil & Gas Operating Company for their New Petrochemical Complex in Qatar.
Project Control Analyst
Location : Ras Laffan, Qatar
Contract Duration : 1 Year Renewable
Salary & Benefits : Excellent Salaries with Monthly Living Allowances
Responsibilities, Qualification & Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Finance with at least 10 years of experience working in project control function in oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
2. Maintain invoice register from receipt through payment verification, including up-to-date status and any outstanding issues/queries.
3. Validate invoices per terms of purchase order or contract and obtain necessary approvals per the Table of Financial Authority
4. Follow up with relevant teams on invoice payments and ensure on time payment to suppliers.
5. Support Project Controls Specialists with review of EPC Contractor draft invoices.
6. Maintain detailed and accurate files of invoices and supporting agreements.
7. Serve as the focal point for all invoice related queries.
8. Coordinate with the accounting team and ensure the supplier outstanding balances are reflected correctly in SAP.
9. Create Purchase Requisitions in SAP ensuring consistent formats, accurate cost coding, and budget availability.
10. Create Goods Receipts and Service Entry Sheets against Purchase Order in SAP.
11. Coordinate with project management, procurement, accounts payable, and vendors/suppliers to ensure timely issue resolution and payment of invoices per terms.
12. Support project Finance Manager with cash flow forecast.
13. Support Cost Lead with tracking and reporting of utility usage, staffing cost, and other critical needs.
14. Support Cost Lead with tracking of budget usage and availability.
15. Working knowledge in SAP systems.
