Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible for:
Provide technical HSE advice and input to ensure a safety environment coordinating day by day HSE activities on-board of the drilling rig (jack up
Carry out the preliminary hazard assessment of the safety risks for each task
Review Contractor HSE performance by inspection and by acquiring data
Ensure strict compliance with the HSE requirements and procedures
Investigate all incidents and accidents fulfilling the appropriate forms
Delivering, in a timely manner, support processes and documentation that are required for HSE aspects
Ensure that activities (i.e. drilling,) are conducted in accordance with the Eni HSE Management System, Eni procedures, Local law, International codes and standards
Ensure emergency preparedness in compliance with Emergency Response documents/plans
Carry out HSE inspections and arrange safety meetings
